UNI EN 1728
The standard UNI EN 1728 lays down the resistance and durability of the structure of all types of chair for domestic use, for indoor use and for adults. This standard was approved by CEN - European Standards Centre - on 6 May 1999. Chairs for the public, for example, independent chairs for conference rooms or chairs that are inter-connectable - with or without a writing tablet - are tested for resistance and durability of structure in accordance with UNI EN 1728.
